A street fair, carnival or circus on property the City of Columbus, Indiana owns or controls, and that the city does not sponsor, cannot be held without a license under Chapter 5.04. The fee is fifty dollars for each day of the gathering when the Board of Public Works and Safety so directs, plus the city's police-protection and service expenses.
