Loitering Rules
Greenburgh has no general loitering ordinance for streets or sidewalks. Its only loitering rule, § 330-12(L) of the Cabaret Law, bars a licensed cabaret from permitting disorderly, noisy, riotous or tumultuous conduct or loitering about its own licensed premises, a duty placed on the business, not the public at large.
