Issaquah exempts from a building permit only prefabricated swimming pools accessory to a one- and two-family dwelling or Group R-3 occupancy that are less than 24 inches deep, do not exceed 5,000 gallons and are installed entirely above ground. The exemption is item 13 of section 105.2 in IMC 16.04.010.
