In the City of Kenner, transportation network company drivers cannot pick up passengers at Louis Armstrong International Airport unless the TNC is specifically authorized by both the New Orleans Aviation Board and the city under Kenner Code of Ordinances Section 16-92. Drivers also cannot street-hail or use designated taxicab stands, under Sections 16-89 and 16-90.
