Lawrence bicyclists must use a usable bike path adjacent to a roadway instead of riding in the street, under City Code § 17-125(d), and can ride two abreast except where such a path exists. Drivers, meanwhile, cannot stand or park a vehicle within a marked bicycle lane, under section 17-130(b)(7).
