Recycled Water Rules
Lodi's water-efficient landscape ordinance requires any recycled water irrigation system to be designed for both current and future recycled water use and to meet all applicable city and state laws. Landscapes irrigated with recycled water are treated as special landscape areas, which caps their evapotranspiration adjustment factor at 1.0 instead of the lower factor used for ordinary residential or commercial planting, under Development Code Section 17.30.070(Q).
