Longmont makes it a violation to solicit door-to-door at a private residence that has a "No Solicitors" or "No Soliciting" sign conspicuously posted. A companion rule bars any solicitor from staying on the property after being told to leave, sign or no sign. Longmont Municipal Code § 6.76.020 sets the sign rule; § 6.76.030 covers refusal to leave.
