Juvenile Curfew
In the Village of Mount Prospect, a person under seventeen years of age cannot be in any public place, including parks and sidewalks, from 11:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. Sunday through Thursday nights, or from 11:59 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. on Friday and Saturday nights. Section 23.604 lists exceptions and requires police to check them before citing.
