The Town of Parker charges a 3 percent Parker Lodging Tax on every room or accommodation rented within Town limits under Municipal Code § 4.09.040, on top of the Town's regular 3 percent sales tax. Guests staying at least thirty consecutive days as permanent residents are exempt, and vendors must remit the tax monthly.
