In the City of Springfield, Oregon, Municipal Code Section 5.116 bars anyone under 18 from being on a street, highway, park, or alley between midnight and 4:00 a.m. unless accompanied by an adult guardian, engaged in a lawful activity requiring their presence, or legally emancipated. Parents and guardians who knowingly allow a minor to violate curfew face the same citation, punishable by a fine up to $720 under Section 1.205.
