In the City of Woodland, California, cyclists must ride inside a marked bicycle lane rather than the adjacent roadway once the City Traffic Engineer and Traffic Committee post lane signs. At intersections, cyclists yield to crossing traffic, but stopped or left-turning vehicles must yield to bikes already in or approaching the lane, under Woodland Municipal Code § 10.24.150.
