Anderson County Code § 26-142 makes it unlawful for an owner to let a lot within 200 feet of a subdivision or residence host a vermin infestation, defined at § 26-141 as an overrunning of rats, snakes or other disease-carrying animals bad enough to create a nuisance or health problem for neighbors.
