Texas counties cannot zone, so unincorporated Bell County sets no RV/boat parking rule. Inside Killeen it is unlawful to leave a boat or travel trailer standing on a public street or encroaching on a right-of-way.
Killeen Code of Ordinances Β§ 28-134(a)
it shall be unlawful for any person who owns or controls a boat or travel trailer defined in 28-132 to park or leave standing said boat or travel trailer on any public street or parked on private property in a manner so as to encroach upon any public street or public right-of-way, including a sidewalk.
