A private swimming pool in the Rural Residence (RR) District of unincorporated Blue Earth County is only a permitted use if it is completely enclosed by a chain link or similar security fence at least six feet high, under Code Sec. 24-162(a)(10); the Rural Townsite (RT) District carries the identical rule.
