Vacant Lot Maintenance
Bonneville County makes it unlawful to let weeds or offensive plants grow on vacant lots, fields, parking strips, sidewalks, curbing or canals anywhere in the county under Code § 91.03. The County Weed Control Supervisor can order abatement, and unpaid cleanup costs become a lien on the property.
