Boone County Traffic Regulations § 1.8.3 (Highway Closure for Special Use)

The County Highway Administrator or the County Commission may authorize the closure of any county maintained highway upon such terms and conditions it deems appropriate in order to permit a special use of such road. Any such closure of shall be upon application and issuance of a permit setting forth the location, duration of closure, and any special conditions applicable thereto.
