Encampment Sanitation

Boulder County bans overnight camping, tents, and occupying a vehicle or trailer overnight on any Parks & Open Space land, under Rule 6 of its Rules and Regulations (Resolution No. 2023-024). The only exceptions are designated areas at the Boulder County Fairgrounds or written approval from the Parks & Open Space Director.
