Carver County has adopted the Minnesota State Building Code for all construction in the unincorporated area (§ 150.01), enforced by the Land Management Department, and in the Agriculture District a swimming pool is a permitted accessory use only if it meets the siting standards in § 152.073(F), including not encroaching on a required structure setback.
