Cook County limits garage sales in unincorporated areas to a narrow daily window. Under Zoning Ordinance §4.1.5(E), a sale can run only between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., for no more than three consecutive days, capped at two sales per household each year, with no permit required.
