Dumpster Rules
Commercial and industrial dumpsters in unincorporated Harrison County must be screened by fencing at least eight feet high whenever the dumpster can be seen from a street, under Unified Development Code § 822.02. The screen needs a hinged, latching gate for trash haulers and must match the color and design of the main building, with no advertising on it.
