Recycled Water Rules

Since 2011, every new conveyor car wash built in Henry County must install an operating recycled water system that reuses at least 50 percent of the water used in the wash and rinse cycle. County Code § 3-5-512 exempts car washes permitted before January 1, 2011, along with self-service and in-bay automatic washes.
