Personal expression signs of any type, including flags, provided that they do not exceed three (3) sq. ft. in area per side. There is no restriction on the number of personal expression signs permitted per property.
Garage-sale signs are temporary ground signs. Horry County allows one temporary ground sign per property (up to 6 square feet on a single-family lot), set back at least 5 feet from the road right-of-way and all property lines, and out of sight triangles.
