Lane County's Exclusive Farm Use zone allows onsite filming as an accessory farm use under ORS 215.306. Table 16.212-1 lets filming and its related activities run 45 days or less with no land use permit at all; filming that lasts longer than 45 days is reclassified as a conditional use needing Type II review from the Planning Director.
