Lee County's Zoning Regulations list an "Accessory dwelling unit," attached or detached from the primary house on the same lot, as its own Rural Residential use under Section 8.4(2). Section 3.7's Table of Permitted Uses marks it "P," Permitted by right, in the Rural Preserve, Corridor and Rural Center districts, and "N" in the Special District.

Lee County's Zoning Regulations don't set a size, setback, or permit rule for sheds anywhere in the county (Sec. 3.8 is reserved). But inside a FEMA-mapped Special Flood Hazard Area, the Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance requires a Floodplain Development Permit before any shed or agricultural structure goes up below the design flood elevation, and oversized sheds need a variance.
