Anyone planning an organized demonstration, gathering, performance, speech or youth campout in a Lee County park needs an advance permit under Sec. 18-35(h), and all payments, reservations and permits must be secured at least five working days before the date of use. The parks and recreation director can also grant special-use permits under Sec. 18-35(j).
