In unincorporated Lincoln County, South Dakota, garage, yard, and rummage sales skip the county's temporary use permit only if held no more than twice a year and lasting no longer than three days each time, per County Code § 154.251(I)(2). Sales must happen on the seller's own property, or one participant's property in a multi-party sale.
