Fireworks
Unincorporated Morgan County, Indiana requires anyone holding a public fireworks display under state law to notify every residence within one mile of the display site, in addition to the Fire Marshal's permit. The Board of Commissioners' ordinance requires written notice by first-class mail at least 48 hours ahead, plus a copy sent to the County Sheriff's Department.
