Rodent Control

In the Fair Play Village sub-district of Oconee County's I-85 Overlay, Section 38-11.2(2)C gives property owners 30 days after certified-mail notice from the zoning administrator to fix any structure or lot maintained in a way that lets rodents, mosquitoes or other vermin take hold.
