In unincorporated Osceola County, parking any vehicle in front of the dwelling or in the front yard is prohibited unless it's on the authorized, approved paved parking area. Boats, RVs and trailers can't be stored on vacant lots or in the right-of-way.
Osceola County Code Β§ 22-50.4
The parking of any vehicle shall be prohibited in the following areas: (1) In front of the dwelling or in the front yard unless on the authorized and approved paved parking area. (2) In any unpaved areas... (3) On any vacant lot. (4) Within the Osceola County right-of-way.
In unincorporated Osceola County, residential driveways may not exceed 24 feet in width unless approved by conditional use, and driveway construction or widening requires a county driveway permit. Vehicles must park on the authorized, approved paved area.
Osceola County Code Β§ 22-50.6
(a) Residential driveways shall not exceed twenty-four (24) feet in width unless approved by conditional use. (b) Residential driveway construction or widening shall be authorized by the issuance of a driveway permit by Osceola County.
Osceola County bars parking or storing dual-rear-wheel commercial vehicles on unincorporated streets and rights-of-way except while loading. In affected residential areas, a large vehicle (over 15,000 lbs GVW) must be kept in a garage or enclosed structure, fully shielded from public view.

Within the areas affected by this article, no person shall park or suffer, cause, or permit the parking of a large vehicle upon the residential lot unless such vehicle is parked within the confines of a garage or other enclosed structure... in such a fashion as to be fully shielded from public view.
On county roads, Osceola County requires you to park off the traveled roadway when practicable, leaving a clear lane and 200 feet of visibility, and to park with right-hand wheels within 12 inches of the curb. You may not block driveways or stand within 15 feet of a fire hydrant.
Osceola County Code Β§ 22-36(a)
No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle... upon the paved or main-traveled part of the street or highway when it is practicable to stop, park or so leave the vehicle off such part... and a clear view of the stopped vehicle shall be available from a distance of two hundred (200) feet in each direction.
Osceola County has no blanket overnight street-parking ban, but on-street parking requires an HOA-displayed permit, and you can't block driveways, park on vacant lots or the right-of-way, or leave a vehicle long enough to become an abandoned or inoperable nuisance.
Osceola County Code Β§ 22-50.5(4)
On-street right-of-way parking is allowed, provided a permit is obtained by the HOA, pursuant to the HOA guidelines, and said permit is properly displayed in the windshield of the parked vehicle. Permits are limited to an eight (8) vehicle, maximum, per residential unit.

No abandoned, inoperable and/or discarded vehicle, or any part thereof, shall be parked, stored or left upon any private property located within the unincorporated limits of Osceola County for a period in excess of (7) seven days. The presence of such vehicles... is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
Osceola County runs no residential curb address-painting program, and you can't paint or mark public curbs or right-of-way pavement on your own. Parking in the county right-of-way is prohibited, and any work within the right-of-way requires a right-of-way permit.
On unincorporated county roads, Osceola County allows brief stopping to load or unload, but you can't park within 50 feet of a railroad crossing, in front of a driveway, within 15 feet of a hydrant, or where official signs prohibit it. Dual-wheel commercial vehicles may only stop to load.

Park a vehicle... except temporarily... loading or unloading...: a. Within fifty (50) feet of the nearest rail of a railroad crossing... b. At any place where official signs or traffic-control devices prohibit parking.
Recreational vehicles in Osceola County are defined as travel trailers, camping trailers, truck campers and motor homes. They can't be parked in a front yard or on unpaved areas, and heavy vehicles over 15,000 lbs GVW must be enclosed and shielded from view in affected residential areas.
