Juvenile Curfew

San Joaquin County Code § 6-3002 makes it unlawful for anyone under 18 to remain in or upon a public place in the unincorporated area during curfew hours, which § 6-3001 defines as 11:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following day. A minor accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult having care, control, or custody is outside the prohibition.

It shall be unlawful for any minor to remain in or upon any public place within the unincorporated area of San Joaquin County during curfew hours, as defined in this chapter, unless such minor is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person having the care, control or custody of said minor. ... 'Curfew hours' means from eleven p.m. until six a.m. on the following day.

Park Curfew

The Park Administrator sets and posts each county park's operating hours, and entering a park outside those posted hours is unlawful under the park ordinance.
