Rodent Control
Every lot in unincorporated Sandoval County, vacant or built, must stay free of rodent harborage. Section 14-21 bans letting junk, debris, or stored material pile up into anything 'in which insects, rodents, snakes or other harmful pests may live, breed or multiply,' and separately requires all premises be kept free of active infestation.
