The ordinary projections from buildings including eaves, sills, cornices, or other similar architectural features may project or extend not more than 2 feet into a required yard.
Sarpy County caps building height by zoning district. In the unincorporated AG district, dwellings are limited to 35 feet, other permitted uses to 65 feet, and accessory buildings to 25 feet. Section 34.6 allows limited exceptions.

Sarpy County limits building coverage to 40 percent of a residential lot and 75 percent in other districts under Zoning Regulation Section 34.7.1. Attached and two-family homes in the RG districts may reach 50 percent coverage.
