Agricultural Zoning Protection
St. Charles County zones unincorporated farmland "A" Agricultural, protecting it with a five-acre minimum lot size meant to support farming and rural home sites. Farming, dairying, livestock and poultry raising are permissive uses with no restriction on customary farm vehicles, provided any feedlot or livestock structure sits at least 150 feet from every property line.
