Parade Permits

Utah County requires an event permit before a parade, procession, or other organized gathering of 50 or more people uses any county road. Utah County Code § 7.05.030 bars staging a parade or event on county roads or county property without a permit issued by the Public Works Department, and running one unpermitted is a class B misdemeanor.
