Density Bonus Law

Walworth County lets conservation subdivisions in the A-2, C-2, C-3, R-1, R-2, R-2A, and R-3 districts earn density bonuses for extra shoreyard setbacks, wetland buffers, public trail easements, and other conservation measures. Section 74-63(1)i caps the combined bonuses at 20 percent above the site's base capacity.
