White County Code § 1200.02 protects county road ditches and drainage systems from being blocked. It bars placing pipe or debris smaller than 12 inches in diameter or shorter than 20 feet in any county ditch or drainage system without the County Judge's written approval, and it applies only where a city, the state or the federal government doesn't already have jurisdiction.
