Winnebago County closes its parks on a set clock: Community, Grundman, and Asylum Point Parks run 7 a.m.-10 p.m., the Jerry Finch Dog Park 6 a.m.-10 p.m., boat landings 4 a.m.-11 p.m., and nature areas and trails 7 a.m.-11 p.m., and the hours must be posted at every park.
