Ceres, CA Curfew Laws: Juvenile Curfew (2026)

Ceres Municipal Code Chapter 9.10 sets curfew hours as 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. During that window, a minor may not remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment, a parent or guardian may not knowingly permit or by insufficient control allow it, and an establishment's owner, operator, or employee may not knowingly permit a minor to stay. Section 9.10.040 lists nine exceptions, including when the minor is with a parent or responsible adult, on an errand, traveling, working, in an emergency, near their own residence, or exercising First Amendment rights.
