Minors under 18 may not be in any street, highway, park, alley, or public place between 12:00 midnight and 4:00 AM the following morning without a parent or authorized adult 18+, a legitimate lawful purpose, or emancipated status. Parents and guardians are also prohibited from knowingly allowing minors to violate curfew hours. Law enforcement may take minors into custody under ORS 419C.080.
