It shall be unlawful for any person, except the duly employed and authorized employees and agents of the city, or of its commissions or agencies, in the regular and necessary conduct and management of their employment by the city, to be upon or to appear within any of the public parks or the city, in any manner, unless such person has a right to be upon and within such public parks by virtue of a lawful permit, admission, invitation or ticket to an activity or entertainment as authorized, and then being carried on, by the city, or by such subsidiary agency, commission or board of the city as authorized by the mayor and board of aldermen: (1)For Dallas Landing Park, Proctor Landing Park, and south Shore Park between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.(2)South Shore Park between the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. between the first Saturday in April and the second Sunday in October; and 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. outside of these dates.(3)All non-illuminated trails, beaches and swim areas between sunset and sunrise.(4)Logan Farm Park from Taylor Street to Tanyard Creek, Depot Park and Frana Brown Park between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.(5)All other parks between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
