11.12.090 - Truxtun Park hours. A person may not enter or be present on the City property known as Truxtun Park, either on foot or by means of any vehicle or vessel, at any time between the hours of nine p.m. and six a.m. the following morning between December 1st and March 31st of each year, or at any time between the hours of eleven p.m. and six a.m. the following morning between April 1st and November 30th of each year unless otherwise posted on the property by the Director of the Department of Recreation and Parks, after reasonable public notice of any proposed change in hours, except for the purpose of attending or participating in an activity, program or event sponsored by or conducted under the auspices of the Department of Recreation and Parks.
