Full Breakdown
Section 650-2I splits county parks into two hour categories. North Park and South Park run from sunrise to midnight. Every other county park, Boyce, Deer Lakes, Hartwood, Harrison Hills, White Oak, Round Hill, and the rest, opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at sundown. The chapter doesn't set one uniform curfew across the whole system; the hours are fixed per park rather than county-wide.
Violations & Fines
Being in a county park after its posted closing hour violates § 650-2I and Chapter 650's regulated-activities rules, subject to citation under the parks penalty provisions.
