Section 170.02 bars anyone but on-duty city employees from entering a park or park property between 11:00 p.m. and daylight, except for direct pass-through travel on a public street through the park or with a permit from the parks and recreation director, who can also adjust posted hours for individual parks.
Sec. 170.02. - Hours and access. No person except authorized city employees in performance of their duties shall enter into any park or upon any park property between 11:00 p.m. and daylight of the following morning except as may be necessary in passing through or traveling upon such park or park property on a direct route via a public street or highway or other public way as may be expressly authorized by permit issued by the director. The director may change the hours that any park is open by posting the adjusted hours at the park.
