(a)A fee is required for motor vehicles to park in designated parking areas during designated hours of operation. Such designated areas must have posted signs noticing the public that fees pursuant to this section, chapter 20, or chapter 118, are required to park in these facilities. Unless otherwise signed by the county, hours of operation for the parking of vehicles on such county facilities are 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.(c)Payment of the required daily or annual fee provides all day use of the county facilities during hours of operation. It is a violation of this section for a vehicle to remain in the facility outside of the hours of operation. Payment does not reserve a parking space.
