Other city parks are subject to posted hours and are generally closed midnight to 5:00 a.m. Entering or remaining in a park after hours is a violation. Chapter 134 (Minors) adds a separate curfew layer: § 134.001 prohibits persons under 18 from being in parks, playgrounds, and unsupervised public places between 11:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the following day. Parents and guardians may be held responsible for curfew violations.
