1. Where Required RA, GC, HC, LI, and GI districts. Must be approved as a Conditional Zoning District in accordance with Section 14(G) of this Ordinance.

3. Use Separation All equipment and structures shall be a minimum of fifty feet from the boundary of the facility as delineated on the site plan, and one-quarter mile (1,320 feet) from any church, school, or residence.

Any equipment unused for 365 consecutive days is deemed abandoned; the County can order removal within 90 days of notice and, if the owner does not comply, remove it and bill the owner for the cost.
Violations & Fines
A facility built or operated outside these standards is a "use in violation" under Section 11(A), drawing a Notice of Violation and a $50 per violation, per day civil penalty under Section 11(E)(1) until corrected. Separately, an abandoned facility left in place more than 90 days after the County's removal notice can be removed by the County under Section 8(UUUU)(12), with costs recovered from the owner.
