At street and alley intersections the triangle is measured at points ten (10) feet from the intersection. The director of engineering can approve variances based on design speed, traffic control and site conditions.

Other limits. Metal panel fences are not permitted in any district. Electric fences or wires are prohibited along public streets, alleys, public grounds and common property lines, with agricultural exceptions approved by the development services director. Barbed wire along a public street or alley is unlawful. A detailed site plan goes to the development services department, and subsection (f) requires a building permit and city inspection.
