27, part of Chapter 97's park-rules subchapter adopted by Ordinance 1911 on September 4, 2018, is Pembroke Pines' codified location-permit requirement for commercial filming on city park property. Anyone shooting still photographs or motion pictures for commercial purposes who will use a special setting or structure, or a cast of performers, amateur or professional, must first obtain a permit from the Director of Recreation and Cultural Arts. 05: an application is filed with the Director, fees apply, and a material misrepresentation on the application can result in denial or revocation of the permit and a bar from future facility rentals of at least one year.
