Sec. 47-6, the county's additional standards for television and film events, addresses the disruption a production leaves behind when it wraps for the day. ' The duty sits alongside the chapter's other end-of-day and site-management obligations: Sec. 47-6(h) makes the production company responsible for cleanup and proper disposal of waste and materials, and Sec. 47-6(e) bars production vehicles from blocking fire hydrants, driveways, or access ramps without county authorization, which matters when equipment and vehicles are being struck at the close of a shooting day.

The obligation applies in addition to, not instead of, the countywide noise limits in Sec. 30-150, which caps continuous sound at 90 decibels, and the general nuisance-noise prohibitions of Sec. 30-148.
