Consumer fireworks discharge permitted in Marion County: June 28βJuly 3 (5 PM to 2 hrs after sunset); July 4 (10 AMβmidnight); July 5βJuly 9 (5 PM to 2 hrs after sunset); December 31 (10 AM) through January 1 (1 AM). Must discharge on own property or with permission from property owner. Must be 18+ years old to discharge. Licensed commercial displays require additional permits.
